reasonable for the Defendants' attorney for his services herein
and the Clerk of the above entitled court is ordered to pay said
attorney said sum from the amount due to the Defendants as here-
inafter set out.
3. The Court determines the sum of $1,537.18 to be
reasonable for the Plaintiff's attorneys for their services herein
and the Clerk of the above entitled court is ordered to pay said
attorneys said sum from the amount due to the Plaintiff as herein-
after set out.
4. The Court determines that the Plaintiff is entitled
to the sum of $2,500 to be paid by the Defendants as one-half of
the enhanced value of the property above described be cause of the
i construction of the room 12' x 27', and the Clerk of this court is

~ ordered to deduct the said sum of $2,500 from the amount to be
~
~ paid to the Defendants and add said sum to the amount to be paid
~ to the Plaintiff.

~ 5. The Clerk of the above entitled court is ordered to

~ pay to the Defendants, June McCoy Henderson and Donald Henderson,
~
~ her husband, the sum of $5,777.98, less the statutory fee allowed
~ to the Clerk for handlin and disbursin said funds.

b. That the Clerk of the above entitled court is ordered

less the statutory fee allowed to the Clerk for handling and dis-
