This cause coming on to heard on the 21st day of MARCH, 1974
on the Defendants motion for protective Order, and motion for protective
Order and Abatement of taking of deposition, and the same having been
argued by Counsel for the respective parties and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _
1. The motion for protective order and abatement of taking
; deposition be and the same is hereby denied.
f 2. That the motion for protective order on the request to

; produce shall be resolved by the Defendants filing an affidavit with the

~ court stating under oath those documents that they presently have in their

~ possession_which were requested by the motion. Defendants shall attach to

~ said affidavit the various documents as above set forth, affording Plaintiffs'

Counsel with copies of the same. Documents that presently make up part of
