This cause coming on before the Court for temporary relief and it
appearing to the Court that the parties and their counsel have agreed on a
temporary relief order and t~e Court being fully advised therein, thereupon,

it is hereby ~ ~
CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the parties and each of them b snd~
they are hereby en~oined snd restrained each from harsssment and/or intimidation
and/or molesting the other. ~
That the Wife, LYNN S. LOCI~, shall have th ~ stot~y of the minor ~
children sub3ect to reasonable rights of visitation by the Husband.
The Husband, THOMAS IACI~, shall pay the usuel bills and escpenses '
until this matter is ad~judicated, rent, utilities, and groceries pending the .

` outcome of this cause and in addition thereto, shail pay to the Wife, LYNN S.

E IACKE, on or before Friday of each ~reek after date, the sum of $20.00 as partisl

~ child support toward payment for a sitter for the minor children. =

~ That the parties shall abide by this Order pending further Order ~
