It appearing to the Court and the Court finding that the

long time and have not veen prosecuted as required by law~ and
pursuant to the power vested in the Court~ it is thereupon:
ORDERED~ ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:

are hereby dismissed for Want of Prosecution at the cost of the
