RICHARD E. CLARK, who, being duly sworn says that he is the attorney '
for the lienor herein, PAUL DAVIS SYSTEMS., INC., whose address is
10800 Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33403, and that in
pursuance of a contract with WILLIAM and HAZEL GRISSOM, lienor
furnished labor, services and materials necessary to repair dwelling
damaged by fire on the follovving described real property in St, Lucie
County, F lorida:
2312 North ~4th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida;

of which there remains unpaid ~12, 89-~. 10 and furnished the first of the
