QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, Executed this 1_ ay of April ~
1974, by EARL V. EBNER and CLAUDIA Z. EBNER, his wife, first party,
to EARL V. EBNER, second party, whose post office address is
2817 Sunrise Blvd., Fort Pierce, Florida.
WITNESSETH, That the first party, for and in consideration of
LOVE AND AFFECTION and other good and valuable considerations to
said grantor, has granted, bargained and sold to the said grantee,
and grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described
land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
BEING a part of Lot One Hundred Eighty-~o (182)
and a part of Lot One Hundred Eighty-Three (183) -
Mara Villa Gardens, Unit No. Three (3), according
to plat in Plat Book 6, Page 62, Public Records of
St. Lucie, Florida, and being more particularly
described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the
Northern line of the South Fifty (50) feet of Lot
One Aundred eighty-three (183), said point being One
Hundred fifty-three (153) feet Westwardly from U.
S. Highway No. One (1) and being in the Northern
Line of a tract conveyed to Kayo, Inc., by deed
dated August 6, 1952, and recorded in Office of
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, Clerk's
File No. 24066; running thence Westwardly along said
~ line and said line extended, Nine Hundred fifty-
~ nine (959) feet to a point; thence Southwardly at
; right angles, Two Hundred eighty-eight (288) feet
~ to a point; thence Eastwardly Eight Aundred Twelve
~ (812) feet to a point; thence Northwardly at right
~ angles, Fifty (50) feet to a point; thence Eastwardly

feet to a point; thence Northwardly at right angles,
