Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
excepting therefrom however the east 10 feet thereof,
which has been deeded to the City of Fort Pierce ~
for the layinq and maintaining of water mains and ~
other utilities; als~, excepting therefrom rights
of way to Florida Power & Light Company for electric ~
. transmission and distribution lines; all furniture,
fixtures, appliances, utensils, air-conditioners,
water systems and all other personalty located
therein and thereto appertaining.
Ali of Lot 184, except the North 63 feet and also
except the South 150 feet, said Lot 184 being
in Unit 3 of MARAVILLA GARDENS as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page 62, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The South forty four feet of tfie North sixty three
feet of Lot 184 of Unit Three of Maravilla Gardens
as per Plat filed in Plat Book 6, Page 62, St. Lucie
County records, Florida. EXCEPT, however, right-
of-way easement heretofore granted to American -
Telephone and Telegraph Company for telephone line.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benef it and behoof of the said second party
forever.
