This cause coming on before the Court on the Plain-
tiff's verified application objecting to the proposed annexa-
tion of his land by the Defendant, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. This cause will f~irther be heard upon the Plain-
tiff's objections to annexation contained in verified Com-
plaint filed herein before the undersigned Circuit Judge, in
; the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, at
10:30 A. M. o`clock, on May 8, 1974. A certif ied copy of
~ this Order is to be served by the Sheriff of St. Lucie County,

~ Florida , upon J. PATRICK BEACOM , Mayor of the Tvwn of St .
~ Lucie Village, and a return shawing service shall be made
