$ 250.00 , attorneys' fees: S 48.00 , prorated earned
mortgage insurance premium; $ ,mortgage insurance pre-
$ 119.97 advance for 1973 County taxes; and $ 60.00 ,
Court costs; making the total of $ 20.389.67 due to the plaintiff.
