HomeMy WebLinkAbout1528 proven by competent evidence, and that there is now due and owing to the plaintiff from the defendant(s) on the mortgage indebtedness described in the Complaint the sum of $ 18,962.55 , together with 73 ' interest thereon from the lst day of August , 19 , at the rate of seven (78) percent per annum,said interest being computed as of the 18th day of April , 1974 , in the amount of $ 949.15 , less escrow credit in the amount of $ -0- , leaving a balance of $ 949.15 interest due; $ 250.00 , attorneys' fees: S 48.00 , prorated earned mortgage insurance premium; $ ,mortgage insurance pre- $ 119.97 advance for 1973 County taxes; and $ 60.00 , Court costs; making the total of $ 20.389.67 due to the plaintiff.
