The sums due and owznK hereunder shall be payable during the Amortization Period in equal monthly instalments, each in the amount of the Instalment Payment, the (irst such Instalment Payment to be made on the First Instalment Payment Date and subaequent Instalment Payments on the t. t day ot each month thereatter until the Maturity Date whereupon the entire unpaid balance ot priqcipal and interest accrued and unpaid thereon shall t~ecome due and ppy- able; each such instalment when paid shail be applied first to the payment of interest on the unpaid balance at the In- terest Rate and the remainder thereof to payment on account oi principal. . s If any Instalment Payment shall not be paid when due, then the entire principal sum and accrued interest hete- under shall become due und payable at once or thereafter, at the option of the holder ot this Note. The Payee may, at its option, coltect a Iate charge not to ezceed two cenls for each one dollar of each Insta2ment Payment not paid when due to reimburse the Payee tor e:penses of servicing delinquent Instalment Payments. Failurn to exemise these option4 shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise the same in the event of any subsequent defauit.
