Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
DEVITT J. ADAMS, who, being duly sworn, says that he is the
~ attorney for the Lienor herein, LYLE W. GIBSON, whose address
is Sunrise Park, 1821 North Federal Highway, Fort Pierce, FL
33450, and that in pursuance of a verbal contract with LORNE
NIC~iOLSON, Lienor furnislzed labor, services, and materials con-
sisting of installing sewer and water pipes on the follawing
described real property in Saint Lucie County, Florida:

Tawnship 34 South, Range 40 East, EXCEPTING THERE-
~ FROM the follawing described property, to-wit:

canals; said land being in Saint Lucie County, Florida,

~ awned by LORNE NICHOLSON of a total value of $4,792.84, of which
~ there remains unpaid $1,~68.84 and furnished the first of the

same on July 21, 1973, and the last of the same on February 13,
