1'HREE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, at page 63 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together n*ith aU structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents,. issues
and p~nfits of thr above descnbed property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or here-
after attached to or used in coru~ection with the premises herein described and in additioa thereto the fol-
lowing describcd household appliances, which are and shall be deemed to be, ~stures and a part of the
realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein meationed.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.
The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the 114ortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said hiortgagor dces hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all pe~csons
whomsoever.

note of even date herewith, made by the hiortgagor and payable to the order of the Mortgagee in the
