(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.

(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified ~
' in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon
` the following described property, to-wit:
f Lot 223, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT THREE, REPLAT, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 12

(5) If the aforesaid total sum due to the plaintiff, and all ~

Judgment are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of the Court shall sell ~

that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale on the

days after the date of this Judgment, to the highest and best bidder
~ or bidders for cash at the east door of the St. Lucie County Court-
~ house, in Fort Pierce, Florida, and after having first given notice
