This cause coming on to be heard on Plaintiff's
Motion for Final Judgment on the Issue of Damages, and the ~
Court being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds
that:
1. A Judgment by Default in favor of the Plaintiff
and against the Defendant was entered in this cause by this
Court on December 21, 1973. That Order reserved the issue
' of damages to further hearing before this Court.

2. That Plaintiff filed this Motion for Final
Judgment on the Issue of Damages and served a true copy
thereQf by mail upon the attorneys for Defen3ant on March 21,
1973.
3. That Plaintiff f iled a notice of this hearing
and served a true copy thereof by mai 1 upon the attorneys for
Defendant on March 21, 1973.
9. Neither the ~efendant nor his counsel appeared ,
at the iiearing or. tnis n?otior., nor were ~:.y pieadings or
papers riled by the Defendant or his counsel in answer to
Plaintiff's motion.
