FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of April,
1974~ and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris-
diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: f
1. DISSOLUTZON OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HUBERT
A. MEDLIN and SHIRLEY A. MEDLIN be and the same is hereby dis-
and each of them are hereby forever
solved and the parties
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of Hubert A. Medlin II, minor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to SHIRLEY A. MEDLIN with
reasonable visitation riqhts reserved to HUBERT A. MEDLIN.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ay of ~
1974, HUB RT A. MEDLIN shall pay to SHIRLEY A. MEDLI the sum o'f

$ ? each and every week for the support of the child
named above. ~Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to SHIRLEY A. MEDLIN. In
addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
