~ SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that UNITED PARTNERS, III,
INC., the owner and holder of that certain mortgage and the in-
debtedness secured thereby, executed by CONCRErE l~DULAR SYSTEMS,
INC. under date of August 17, 1973, recorded in Off icial Record
Book 218, page 1130, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, encumbering real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, as follows:
PARCEL I:
Commencing at the intersection af the North right-of»way of
Ixoria Avenue and the west right-of-way of U. S. Highway #l,
said point of intersection lying seven (7) feet west of the
Southeast (SE) corner of Lot 44, of MAR,AVILLA GARDENS, UNIT
pNE, as recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 55 af the Public
Records ~f St. Lucie County, Florida, run West along the
South Line of said Lot 44 a distance of 361.04 feet to the
point of beginning. From the noint of beginning continue
