FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial on the 23rd day of April, 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and ~+etermines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon OROERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between ROSALIE ARNOLD and BLAIR ARNOLD be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and ~ each af them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of JILL ARNOLD, JULIE ARNOLD and CHRISTOPHER ARNOLD, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to ROSALIE ARNOLD with reasonable visitation rights reserved~to BLAIR ARNOLD. 3. SUPPORT: Comnencing on the 26th day of April, 1974, BLAIR ARNOLD shall pay to ROSALIE ARNOLD the sum of ~50.OQ each and every week, for the support of each of the three children named above, for a total of $150.00 weekly. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him re- mitted promptly to ROSALIE ARNOLD. In additon there is hereby assessed the sum of ~1.00 as statuatory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. ~0~ ~26 F~~~ ~ 72?
