DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of April,
1974, upon the Husband's Answer and Waiver of Notice of Final
Hearing and Waiver of Right to Present Testimony, and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
I It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
_ 1. The marriage between RAYMOAID F. SHAPIRO and JAI~T
SI~PIRO be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. JANET SHIsiPIRiO be and she is hereby authorized to
assume her former name of JANET IQ~THERINE GATELY and to use the
same in all respects as iE the said marriage had not i ervened.
