Tha Grantor, as~owner of the real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the attached Deed
being a portion of Section 23, Township 36 South, Range
40 East, desires to and does hereby impose upon the said ;
real property the following restrictions and covenants:
1. Any residential constructio~ on the premises ;
shall contain not less than 1000 square feet of living
area exclusive of carports, attached garage and porches. +
2. No livestock, exceptin g only horses and cattle,
shall be kept or maintained on the premises at any time. ~
3. ~o poultry shall be kept or maintained on th~
oremises for cor~mercial purposes. _
4. ~o dog kennels, cat kennels or other kennels
nav be maintair,ed on the premises at any time for
co.;unercial purposes.
S. There shall not be created or permitted to exist
o~ ~y part of tne said property any dumping ground, accumu-
iatior.s of debris, exposed garbage, or any foul smelling
matter whatsoever.
~ 6. I~o tents, sY.acks, or other structure of a temporary
~ character shall be used as a residence or as a place or
f business, temporarily or permanently on any part of the land
~ (o:her tnan temporary structures used during constructior. of
~ permanent buildings).
~ 7. If any person shall violate or attempt to violate
~ any o~ ~:~e covenants, restrictions or easements herein, it

proceedings at law or in equity against the perons or person
~ viclating or attempting to violate the same and either to
prevent him or them from so doing or to recover damages for
~ such violation.
8. The foregoing res~rictions, covenants, burdens
ar.d servitudes shall run with the land and shall~remain in
full force and effect until June 1, 1982 at which time they
shaZZ autoraatically become null and void and of no further
effect.
