QUIT-CLAIM DEED ~~3~2
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Charles A. Baker,
a married man, who resides at 4220 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio
43220, of the Township of Norwich, County of Franklin and State
of Ohio, Grantor, in consideration of love and affection for his
wife, Mildred C. Baker, Grantee, does hereby release, remise,
quit-claim, grant and convey to his wife, Mildred C. Baker,
Grantee, whose tax mailing address is 4220 Dublin Road, Columbus,
Ohio 43220, and her heirs and assigns forever, all his undivided
one-half interest in fee simple in the following real property:
Situate, lyinq and being in the County of St. Lucie
and State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 16 Block 66 of INDIAN RIVER ESTATES UNIT 8,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 10, Page 73, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Last Transfer: Official Records Book 175, Page 2817.
TO HAVE AND TO-HOLD the above described real property
