JOYCE M. MARTIN, Wife
O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon stipulation of the
parties hereto and their respective counsel of record, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED 1~ND ADJUDGED :
1. That upon payment to the Wife by the Husband of One
Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, all child support payments in arrears
as of April 18, 1974 are hereby satisfied.
2. That the Husband, JA1~S ARDEN MARTIN, shall pay to the

~ Wife, JOYCE M. MARTIN DAMRO~T, through the Clerk of the above entitled

` Court the sum of Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars each and every week, com-
~
g mencing Friday, April 19, 1974 and on Friday of each week thereafter

~ for the support and maintenance of the minor child, CYNTHIA D. MARTIN.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court and by him re-
~
~ mitted promptly to JOYCE M. MARTIN DANIItON. In addition there is
~ hereb assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory cost to be added to each
~ y
~
~ payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
~
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
~~y
:y Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
- at all times while this Order is in effect.
~ 3. That the Husband, JAMES ARDEN MARTIN, shall pay to the

law firm of WILLES, BITTAN & WILLES the sum of Two 8undred Seventy
