RE; Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block K, MARAVILLA ESTATES,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8,
page 77, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. .
Before the undersigned authority, duly authorized to ad-
minister oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
KATHLEEN DONOHUE MOTT, who, after being by me first duly sworn,
upon oath says: T'hat my name is KATHLEIII DONOHUE MOTT, that af-
fiant is the daughter.of MARGARET J. DONOHUE and PATRICK JOSEPH
DONOAUE, now deceased; that affiant acquired the above described
property with her parents mentioned above, by deed dated February
15, 1962, recorded in Official Record Book 32, at page 382, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that~~er said
- parents were married to each other on the date of acquisition of
the above described property and continuously throughout the life

~ of PATRICK JOSEPH DONOHUE, who died on November 18, Z966. Affiant
further states that the value of the property owned at the death
of PATRICK JOSEPH DONOIiUE, both individually, jointly owned, and
over which PATRICK JOSEPH DONOHUE had control, was far less than
