Before the undersigned authority, duly authorized to ad-
minister oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
MARGARET J. DONOHUE, who, after being by me first duly sw~orn, upon
oath says: That affiant and her husband, PATRICK JOSEPH DONOHUE,
acquired title to the above described property along with their
daughter, KATHLEEN DONOHUE MOTT, by warranty deed dated February
15, 1962, recorded in Official Record Book 32, at page 382, of
~ the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Affiant further
states that PATRICK JOSEPH DONOHUE died in Pasco County, Florida,
on November 18, 1966, having assets, both individual and joint
with affiant, of far less than $60,000.00. Affiant further states

that she and PATRICK JOSEPH DONOHUE were husband and wife on
February 15, 1962 and continuously thereafter through the date of
his death.
