HomeMy WebLinkAbout1846 3. Commencing April 25, 1974 JACK SEWELL shall pay to
IRENE K. SEWELL the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) each and
every month for the support of the children named above, to be
divided equally between them. Each payment shall be made to the
Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to IRENE K.
SEWELL. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
~ Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
4. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. Jurisdiction of this cause, and of the parties
; hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
