FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the ~_day of April, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court.has jurisdiction of the parties and sut,ject i
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties; and the the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
I 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FRANCIS

' GEORGE DIEBER and LUCILLE DIEBER be and the same is hereby dissolved,

~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bon s i
~ of martimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations :

~ arising therefrom. -

~ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. LUCILLE DIEBER be and she is
~ hereby authorized to assume her former name of LUCILLE PRAETORIUS and

~ to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
