CASE NO. 74-52-Sample IN RE : The Marriage of . ) ) ~:PATSY LOUISE PURYEAR, Wife and, ; DONALD KENNETH PURYEAR, Husband. ) ) ~ FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the day of April, 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage be- tween the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDCED as follows: ` 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PATSY i ~ i LOUISE PURYEAR and DONALD KENNETH PRUYEAR be and the same is hereby "s z dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever 5 r 'freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them . ~ - ~ ~ and from the obligations arising therefrom. s 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Suzette Rene' Puryear and Andre' ~ ~ Joseph Puryear, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded ~ ~ to PATSY LOUISE PURYEAR, with reasonable visitation rights reser- ~ g~ ~ved to DONALD KENNETH PURYEAR.
