DISSOI~JTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on f or tr ial the day ~f ,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: ~This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRZAGE. The Marriage between JA~',S
ROBERT ATKINSON.and SITYRL L. ATKINSON be and the same is hereby ~
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matritnony heret~fore existing between
them attd from the obligations arising therefrom.
- 2. CUSTODY. The custody of PAUL JAMES ATKINSON, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, SITYRL L.
ATKINSON, with reasonable visitation rights given to the Husband,
JAMES ROBERT ATKZNSON. ~
3. SUPPORT. Comonencing the ~ day of ,
1974, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Twenty- ive
($25.00) Dollars per week, each and every week thereafter for the
support of the minor child named above. Each payment shall be ~
made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to
