This cause having been heard before me upon the sworn Petition
of JOSEPH EDWARD MROCZKOWSRI, ROSE GABELLO MROCZKOWSKI, his wife, for
judgment changing the name of JOSEPH EDWARD MROCZKOWSKI to JOSEPH
EDWARD MR02, and chanqing the name of ROSE GABELLO MROCZKOWSKI to ROSE
GABELLO MROZ, as well as the surnames of the parties' minor child from
JOY ANN MROCZKOWSKI to JOY ANN MROZ; and it appearing to the Court that
Petitioners are actual bona fide residents of St. Lucie County, Plorida,
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises~ it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Petition is granted.
2. That the name of JOSEPH EbWARD MROCZKOWSRI is changed to
JOSEPH EDWARD MROZ; the name of ROSE GABELLO MROC'LROWSKI, his wife, is
changed to ROSE GABELLO MROZ; and the surname of their minor child is

changed as follows:
