This cause came on to be heard April 23, 1974, after _
notice, upon the petitioner's demand for temporary relief while
this cause is pending, and the Court having heard the evidence
presented and the arguments of the attorneys for the parties, and
being fully advised, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the petitioner and the respondent are each
enjoined and restrained from coming about, molesting, harming
or annoying the other. -
2. That the petitioner is awarded temporary, exclusive
possession of the dwelling occupied by the petitioner located at ~
304 North 19th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. ~

3. That temporary, sole custody of the minor child of ~
,
~ the parties, LOREAL LABIGANG, is awarded to the petitioner, ALICE
! P. LABIGANG, with reasonable rights of visitation reserved unto the ~

respondent. •
' 4. That the respondent, CHARLES~S. LABIGANG, is ordered
to pay to the petitioner the sum of $37.50 per week as alimony
;
~ pendente lite, and $37.50 per week for the support of the • ~

~ minor child, LOREAL LABIGANG, beginning on the 26th day of April,
1974, and to pay said alimony pendente Zite and child support to
the Clerk of the Circuit Court, and in addition there is hereby.
~ assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
~
~n payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
~ money order or cashier's check. Both parties are ordered to keep
i~ the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect. ~

5. That the Court shall hold in abeyance the matter of ;
~
- temporary attorney fees and court costs pending the final hearing. x
