QUIT CLAIM AND RELEASE FROM ANCILLARY ADMINISTRATOR
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED made the ,,~y ~day of April, 1974, by FRANK
FEE, as Ancillary Administrator of the estate of James Noone Connolly, de-
ceased, as first party, to GERTRUDE C. LUNSFORD and HELEN V. CONNOLLY,
whose post offic e address is 444 Daroco Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida - 33146,
second parties;
WHEREAS, James Noone Connolly died May 20, 19?2 intestate as to the
hereinafter described Florida land and the title to which descended to the second
parties, share and share alike under the Florida Law of Descent and Distri-
bution; and
WHEREAS the Florida estate of James Noone Connolly, deceased, has been
fully administered as required by law and it is desirable to evidence of record
that the title to the hereinafter described real property is now vested in second
parties free and clear of any and all claims that may heretofore have existed in
favor of the first party as Ancillary Administrator;
NOW, THEREFORE, the premise stated, the said first party does hereby
remise, release and quit claim unto the said second parties forever, all of the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said party has in and to the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Cbunty of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30, Block 21, Unit No. 3, LAKEWOOD
PARK, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, pages 63 and 64,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, i
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appur-
tenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the said first party, either
, in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second
parties forever. ~
