This cuase having come on to be heard before me
upon the motion of the husband, LAWRENCE E. FRENCA, for a
continuance on the grounds that the husband has retained new
counsel, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-styled cause
shall be continued beyond the date now set for trial, April 25,
1974; until such time as it shall be again set for trial, in
order to give husbands new counsel time to prepare. •
