This cause came on to be heard on April 24, 1974 upon the
Petition for adoption filed in this cause and the consent of
Deborah Boone Robinson, natural mother of the minor children,
and the Default Yieretofore entered against Ronald Boone, Sr.,
the natural father of the minor children, and it appearing to
the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to
; adopt the minor children sought to be adopted, and that the best
' interests of the children will be promoted by the adoption and

` that the children are suitable for adoption by Petitioner, Harry
~

~ L. Robinson, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, -

~ It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:

~ 1. That the Default heretofore entered by the Clerk
~ -
~ of this Court against Ronald Boone, Sr., natural father of the
~
~ above named minor children, be and the same is hereby approved,
~
} ratified and confirmed.
~
~ 2. That the minor children named in the Petition are
~
declared to be the legal children of the Petitioner, Harry L.
y~ Robinson, and are given the names of Ronald Robinson, Steven
Robinson, Yvette Robinson, Keith Robinson and Kenneth Robinson,
by which names they shall hereafter be known.
