ORDER
This cause coming to be heard on April 24, 1974 upon
Wife's prayer for temporary relief and the Husband and Wife both
being represented by counsel, and based upon the oral stipulation
of counsel for both parties before the Court, and the Court
being advised in the premises, -
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1. The Husband, ROBERT G. INGERSOLL, shall be responsible
for and shall pay the rent on the premises now occupied by the
~ Wife at 308 N.B. Sixth Street, Okeechobee, Florida, through

t 2. The Husband shall pay the delinquent telephone bill

~ in the approximate amount of One Hundred Twenty-Eight ($128.00)
~
~ Dolla~s and the delinquent utilities bill in the approximate amount
~
of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.
3. The Husband shall repair the 1968 Plymouth automobile
~
~
~ in the Wife's possession so that it is a safe and reliable form of
~
transportation; the Husband has agreed to do this within a 48 hour
_ period, and in the event the repairs necessitate longer, he agrees
to furnish the Wife with reliable transportation after 48 hours.
