LUCIE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDiA. ~ CASE NO: 74-198-CA ; IN RE: The Marriage Of ~ ~ MAURICE JOSEPH HORTON, Husband, ~ and ~ RAGENA LYNN HORTON, Wife. i ~ F INAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MA?RRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 25th day of April, 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdictioln_of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the•parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre- t trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF NIls,RRIAGE • The marriage between MAURICE JOSEPH r ~ HORTON, Husband, and RAGENA LYNN HORTON, Wife, be and the same is hereby i ~ : dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed ~ 5 ~ ~ : ~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from : ~ ' ~ the obligations arising therefrom. ' ~ 2. The Husband shall transfer any and all interest he has in and ~ ; ~ ~ to the mobile home owned jointly by the parties, to the Wife; the Wife ~ shall transfer any and all interest she has in and to the automobile ~ ~ owned jointly by the parties, to the Husband. ~ ~ ~ 3. JURISDICTION.
