DISSOLUTION OF MA?RRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 25th day of April, 1974, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdictioln_of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the•parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-

trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF NIls,RRIAGE • The marriage between MAURICE JOSEPH

~ HORTON, Husband, and RAGENA LYNN HORTON, Wife, be and the same is hereby

: dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed ~

~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from :

~ the obligations arising therefrom. '
~ 2. The Husband shall transfer any and all interest he has in and
~ ;

~ to the mobile home owned jointly by the parties, to the Wife; the Wife
~ shall transfer any and all interest she has in and to the automobile
~
~ owned jointly by the parties, to the Husband.

~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
~ hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
x;
~ proper. ~
