DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE _
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~c~~ day of
A.D. 1974, and the Court, having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows :
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOEY V.
ADAMS and ROB~N A. ADAMS, be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and
i the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
e
i of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~
~ arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of SONJA LYNN ADAMS, minor child of
~
~ the parties hereto is her~by awarded to ROBIN A. ADAMS, with reason-
~
~ able visitation rights reserved to JOEY V. AD .
~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ay of •
~ ~i
~ 19 74 , JOEY V. ADANIS shal l pay to ROBIN A. ADAMS , the sum of
~
each and every week for the support of the child named above.

~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
~
him remitted promptly to ROBIN A. ADAMS. In addition, there is here y
~ assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall-be made in cash, money order or
`=y cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of
this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this Order is in effect.
4. RESTORATION OF NAME. ROBIN A. ADAMS be, and she is here-
