4. Commencing May 1, 1974 RHONNY L. WEAVER shall pay
to JUDITB S, WEAVER the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00)
each and every month for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him ~
remitted promptly to JUDITH S. WEAVER. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash,-money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
order is in effect. -
5. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
aciffiitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference

and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. {
