Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and pro~its of the above described property (provided. however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
coUect and retain the said rents, issues and pro5ts until default hereunder); and all fiatures now or here-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein desczibed and in addition thereto the fol
