O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon consent of counsel
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
pgDERED AND ADJi1DGED as follows:
1. That the temporary care, custody and control of the
minor ch ild, TRACY LES CQMENT, be granted to the Wif~, LORI LEE
COMENT, from Aprils25, 1974 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. until 7:00 o'clock
P.M. on May 6, 1974; and from 7:00 o'clock P.M. on May 17, 1974
until May 31, 1974 at 7:00 o'clock P.M.
That the temporary care, custody and control of the neinor
~ child, TRACY LEE C(1NlENT, shall be granted to WAYNE ROSS CQMENT, the

~ Husband, from May 6, 1974 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. until May 17, 1974

~ at 7:00 o'clock P.M. That each of the parties hereto shall have
~ nable ri hts of visitation reserved to see and visit the minor

~ child while the said minor child is in the care and custody of either
~ of the parties hereto as above set out.
~ 2. That commencing Monday, April 29, 1974 and each week
~
~ thereafter the Husband, WAYNE ROSS COMENT, shall pay to the Wife, LORI
LEE COMENT, for the support of the minor child above named the sum of
2~aenty Dollars ($20.00) . Said payments to be made only when the minor _
~~y~ child above named is in the care and custody of the Wife. The payments

shall be made direct by the Husband to the Wife.
