height so as not to exceed 50 feet above ground level or 88 feet above
mean sea level, whichever is lower, or receive approval for a greater
hei9ht by submittal of FAA Form 7460-1 to the Federal Aviation
Administration.
4. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors and
assigns, to prevent any use of the above described lands which shall
interfere with or adversely affect the operation or maintenance of
the St. Luci~ County Airport.
5. If the Grantee does not construct on said lot a metal building,
40' x 60' meeting the building requirements of St. Lucie County within
one (1) year from the date of this conveyance, the Grantee shall
reconvey said lot to the Grantor upon the Grantor's refunding to
Grantee the purchase price.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this deed to be
executed in its name and its official seal to be affixed hereto by
its proper officials the day and year first above written.
