ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW YE that I, the undersigned Owner of a Mortgage (and the

indebtedness secured by it), mac~e by ANTHONY S. CASERTA, as Trustee,
to RICHARD J. FETTERMAN and JEANNETTE K. FETTERMAN, his wife,
for TWENTY THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($20, 000. 00), on the 26th
day of June, 1968, and recorded in Official Records Book 172, Page 1473,
of the Public F.ecords of St. Lucie County, Florida, and subsequently
assigned to the undersigned in that Assignment of Mortgage recorded in

Lucie County, Florida, for valuable considerations, does assign and transfer
the above described Mortgage and indebtedness, to STUART NATIONAL
BANK, a national banking association.
