JEANNETTE K. BEHRENS, being duly sworn, states:
1. I am the former JEANNETTE R. FETTERMAN, having been
divorced from RICHARD J. FETTERHAN, on or about the day

Anthony S. Caserta, as Trustee, to secure the payment of a Note
dated June 26, 1968, which Mortgage was recorded in Official
Records Book 172, Page 1473, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public
Records.
3. By Assignment from Richard J. Fetterman, dated
February 12, 1971, I am now the sole owner of the said $20,000.00
Note and the aforesaid Mortgage.
