FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the
verified petition for adoption filed in this cause and the
report of The Children's Home Society of Florida, a licensed
child-placing agency, and it appearing to the Court that the '
petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the miner child
sought to be adopted and that the best interests of the child
will be promoted by the adoption and that the child is suitable
for adoption by petitioners Gary Stephen Gyarmathy and Thamis
Veronica Gyarmathy, his wife, and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as

~ STEPHANIE MICHELLE GYARMATHY is declared to be the legal child
~ of the petitioners, Gary Stephen Gyarmathy and Thamis Veronica

~ Gyarmathy, his wife, and is given the name of Stephanie
a Michelle Gyarmathy by which name she shall hereafter be known;
