It appearing to the Court that JOE JENRINS, the Plaintiff,
is an incompetent residing in this State, that he has no guardian,
and that he is a party.litigant in the above-stated case; and it
further appearing that a guardian ad litem should be appointed to
represent his interests in this litigation; and the Court being
fully advised;
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the wife, MARGARET C.
JENRIrS, be and she is hereby appointed as Guardian Ad Litem to
represent said incompetent in the conduct of this litigation and file
her oath to discharge her duties faithfully. ~
