The parties hereto, by and through their attorneys,
having submitted a compromise and settlement stipulation to this
Court for its approval, and the Court being of the opinion that
the sum of $2,956.00 is a fair, full and adequate consideration
~ for all of the plaintiff's damages as a res•slt of the accident Y
f
! resulting in injuries involved herein, and the defendants deny
; ~
~ liability therefor and that the settlement,is beneficial to the ~
i
' plaintiff, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it

is thereupon;

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff, JOSEPH .
~
~ JENKINS, by and through his guardian ad litem, MARGARET C. JENKINS,
~ does have and recover from the defendants, the sum of $2,956.00,

it is further,

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon payment of the said sum
~
~ in the aforesaid manner, that MARGARET C. JENKINS, as guardian ad

- litem of the plaintiff, JOSEPH JENKINS, shall give a full and com-
= plete satisfaction and release of this~udgment to the defendants.
