JOINT MOTION FOR APPROVAL ~
OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
7he parties herein jointly show unto the Court that they
have entered into an amicable settlement agreement concerning all
matters of dispute and controversy in this cause,said settlement
-agreement being that the Defendants will pay Plaintiffs DONALD REAGAN
and BULA REAGAN, as parents and natural guardians of ROCKY REAGAN,
a minor, the total sum of Two Hundred Twenty-five and no/100 Dollars
(~225.00) as a complete and final settlement of all claims which said
minor may have arising from the incident alleged in the complaint
i herein, and will pay Plainfiffs, DONALD REAGAN and BULA REAGAN,

~ individually, the total sum of Seven Hundred and no/100 (~700.00)
~ Dollars, as a complete and final settlement of all claims which said

' Plaintiffs may have arising from said incident. Section 744.60, Florida
~
~
~ Statutes, as amended July 1,1972, requires Court approval of the
~ aforedescribed settlement agreement.

~ WHEREFORE, the parties herein jointly move the Court to
~
~ enter an Order:
~
K 1. Appraving the Settlement Agreement set forth herein;
~ 2. Authorizing Plaintiffs, DONALD REAGAN and BULA REAGAN
~
- as parents and natural guardians of ROCKY REAGAN, a minor, to collect
~ the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-five and no/140 ($225.00) Dollars,
- from Defendants as a complete and final settlement of any and all _
claims which said minor may have against the Defendants arising from
the incident alleged in the complaint herein, and to execute a release
