ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the joint motion
of the parties herein for court approval of the settlement agreement
reached between said parties, and the Plaintiffs and their attorney
being present, and the Court having satisfied itself by examination
of the Plaintiffs that the settlement agreement-between the parties
hereto is an amicable and just agreement, settling all matters of
dispute and controversy in this cause, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED;
~ 1. That the Joint Motion for Approval of Settlement

~ Agreement herein be, and the same is hereby approved, and the Plaintiffs

~ DONALD REAGAN and BUTA REAGAN, as parents and natural guardians of
~
~ ROCKY REAGAN, a minor, are authori?ed to collect the sum of Two
~ Hundred Twenty-five and no/100 ($225.00) Dollars from the Defendants
~
~
~ as a complete and final settlement of any and all claims said m~nor
~
~ have have against the Defendants arising from the incident alleged in
~ -
~ the Complaint herein, and is further authorized to execute a release
~
~ of said claims on behalf of said minor after said moneys are collected,
all in accordance with requirements of Section 744.60, Florida Statutes,
~
r~ . as amended July 1, 1972; {
- 2. That, based upon the Court approved settlement
