DISSOLIF~ION OF MARRIAGE
- This cause came on for trial the 25th day of April,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds aad determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved.
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1_ The Default previously entered by the Clerk of this
Court an April 4, 1974 against the Wife is hereby ratified and
~ confirmed.

~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

504440SCX11, and the Husband shall relieve the Wife of any
liabiiity to Sun Baalc of St. Lucie County for payments due on
the siabile home; in the event that documents are not signed by
the 3~ife transferring title of the mobile home to the Husband
