WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable consiaerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate

bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described ~

TOGETHER with all strudures and improvemeMs now and hereafter on said land and the f+xtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to aarue from said premises all of which are included
within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water a~d other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, i~rigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
= and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they `
may be detached or detachable.
.-K= IT IS /AUTUALIY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the part~es hereto that upon request of the Mort- -
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at ~ts option, at any~~me w~thin twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
fore full payment of this morrgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with ~nterest, shall be secured by this morrgage and shall be evidenced by an add~tional note then
~npaid, and the tota~ amount of indebtedness that may be secured by th~s mortgage may decrease or ~ncrease from time
to time, but th~ total unRaid balance so secured at any o~1e t~me shall not exceed ~he max~mum prnu~pal s~m of
