Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared E. Thomas Torrence who, after being first duly sworn,
did depose and say:
1. That he is a registered civil engineer, duly
qualified and licensed to practice as such in the State of
Florida.
2. That in pursuance of a contract with Encantada
Development Corporation he furnished professional services,
including structural engineering in the preparation of plans,
specifications and drawings to be used in improving the ~
following-described real property located in St. Lucie County,
~Florida, to-wit:

~ Lots 4 thru 11 less the east 171.0 feet of the west 358.74
; feet of the south 110.04 feet of Lot No. 11, the afore-
" said 358.74 feet measured along the north right-of-way
~ of Flamingo Boulevard, all lying in Block 29, Fort Pierce
~ Shores, revised plat of Unit Four as recorded in Plat Book
~ ~ 9 Page 35, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records,

owned by Encantada Development Corporation, of a total value of
~

~ ~aenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), of which there remains
~
~ unpaid the sum of ~ienty Thousand Dollars ($2~~,000.00), and the
~
~ same is due and owing to him. The first of said services were
~
- furnished on the 13th day of August, 1973, and the last of which
~ were furnished on the 8th day of February, 1974.
