Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
E. ALLEN CONNER who, after being first duly sworn, did depose and
say:
1. That he is a registered consulting engineer, duly
qualified and licensed to practice as such in the State of
Florida.
2. That in pursuance of a contract with Encantada
Development Corporation he furnished professional services,
including electrical engineering in the preparation of plans,
specificatians and drawings to be used in improving the follow-
; ing described real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida,

furnished on the 13th day of August, 1973, and the last of which
